Outreach Housing Support
£100 would provide one worker for a full day; that could mean four supportive and vital visits to clients.
Hospital Link Service
£100 would provide one worker for six to seven hours, attending an acute inpatient ward in the county, giving advice, guidance and support on benefits, debts or housing issues to clients who are experiencing a crisis in their mental health.
Health and Wellbeing Team
£50 would provide one of our health and wellbeing workers for a half day. They might be facilitating a group activity for service users, promoting healthy living and social inclusion, or they might be accompanying a service user to an activity running in their local community.
Service User Innovation Fund
£50 would buy some vital equipment for a service user to follow a hobby, perhaps fishing rods or artist's materials.
£10 would buy an Ordnance Survey Map for a service user who wants to strike out on their own!
