We regularly receive really positive feedback from service users and this
is the most important gauge for us to know how we are doing.

But it would be silly to pretend that we don’t appreciate receiving praise
and recognition from other agencies and awarding bodies as well.

Knowing that we are doing well in different ways: in our service provision, how we manage our people, our partnerships with other agencies, all give us a sense that we are moving in the right direction. It makes us feel justified in what we do.

We want to continue to be innovative and effective in everything we do, and this recognition keeps us on our toes!
