Service Users

I found the service very helpful and felt supported every step of the way"

At Julian Support we hold the hope and belief that the people we support
are able to live their lives as they wish.

Everyone who receives one of our services will be fully involved in making their support plan with a Julian Support worker.

We encourage and support people to take up interests in their local community and we are able to signpost people to agencies that can help find voluntary and paid work that matches their interests.

Getting involved: We aim to put the people who use our services at the heart of the organisation. We value the unique insight that people who use our services can bring and use this to help improve and develop the services we provided. There are a number of ways that people can be involved:

  • Core Service User Group
  • Staff recruitment and training
  • Internal and external evaluations of our services
  • Surveys and questionnaires
  • Reviewing our policies
  • Board meetings

If you would like to get involved please talk to your support worker or email
the Core Service User Group at: sui@juliansupport.org

Comments and Complaints: we encourage feedback about the services we provide so that we can continuously improve on what we do and how we do it.
