Our staff group is drawn from a range of backgrounds, and each person brings their unique qualities and character to their work with us. All are qualified through experience and expertise to carry out complex and often stressful work.

We are a popular organisation to work for and our turnover is low.
At last count, in July 2011, 75% of our staff had worked for us for more than three years and 57% for more than five years.
