We provide support to people in a range of supported housing schemes in Norfolk and Suffolk. We focus on empowering people to build and maintain the skills they need to enable them to live independent and meaningful lives.

We recognise that not everyone is in a position to manage independent living straight away. We offer a variety of housing solutions to provide the necessary levels of support that meet people's needs. All of our schemes are owned by registered social landlords and individuals have their own tenancy agreement, setting out their rights and responsibilities.

Our supported housing services are available for people in receipt of secondary mental health services with referrals being made by a Care Coordinator.

We work to a recovery model and strengths approach, and offer practical advice and assistance. We support people to develop the skills they need to manage their tenancy and become more independent including opportunities to develop their confidence through accessing social activities and exploring opportunities for work and education.

When people feel ready to move on we have the skills and experience to provide housing advice and assist with accessing independent accommodation.

We work in partnership with the people who live in our supported housing, their families and friends, and wider care teams to promote and maintain good mental health and wellbeing.
