We provide 24hr Supported Housing services in Ipswich and Bury St. Edmunds.

People accessing the service are considered to have higher levels of support needs requiring staff on site throughout the day, evening and night time. The services offer people a wide range of emotional and practical support.

The overall aim of the service is to assist people to develop the confidence, skills and resources that they need to move on to their own accommodation in the community.

REFERRALS:
Referrals to Supported Housing can only be accepted from Norfolk & Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT) and Adult Community Services at Suffolk County Council. Please note that unfortunately we are unable to respond to self-referrals or referrals from other agencies.
