INTRODUCING JULIAN SUPPORT BREAK ROOMS

Julian Support Break Rooms provide an opportunity for people to have time and space to focus on their mental health and wellbeing.
If you’re looking to slow down and take a breather,  if you would like to meet new people, maybe access resources to support your wellbeing, or if you need a bit of advice, why not drop in to one of our community break rooms soon to be across Norfolk and Suffolk.
  • Chill out with a cuppa
  • Connect with people in your local community
  • Enjoy a warm (or cool) space (heat/light/facilities)
  • Join in with some fun activities

Or take the opportunity to have a chat with a member of the Julian Support team who will be on hand to offer help and advice with things like housing, benefits, accessing community resources or maybe signposting to other agencies like Citizens Advice.
Everyone is welcome. There is no need to register or be referred. You can attend as often or as little as you like, and you can come and go during sessions.
