What is the aim of LiNC and what does this service offer?

Supporting people who are experiencing mental health difficulties and need help accessing the support and services available to them. This could be with their health, housing, finances or with social isolation.

Our team provide personalised, flexible, and accessible support, helping people overcome barriers to engaging with the services that will best meet their needs.

When does the service operate?

We operate Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Who is eligible to access this service?

People who:

1. Are 18+
2. Live in the Norwich boundary
3. Have severe and enduring mental health issues
4. Are experiencing additional challenges in their life and need help accessing support

How long can someone have support from LiNC?

Currently there are no fixed time limits for the provision of support

What is the referral process?

LiNC referrals are made through Norwich City Council as part of the Support Now project.
