WHAT IS A VALUE?

Our values are a set of core beliefs held by our organisation. They tell people who we are and what we believe in. They guide our thinking, our behaviours, our actions, and our practice.

OUR AMBITIONS

Whilst it is important to be able to describe and present our values, the key is to be able to bring them to life in our work in a meaningful way. We call these our ambitions.

Our journey to achieving our ambitions has just begun and we recognise that there is much work to do to ensure that our values are woven into the fabric of the organisation. In 2024/25 we will be focusing on creating new values-based systems and processes that reflect our values as described.
