OPEN SPACE

Open Space provides an environment for discussion and activity with the aim of helping people better understand and enhance their personal wellbeing.

Discussion can be around any topic which people attending think may be helpful in enabling them to reflect on their wellbeing and making possible changes. There are also a series of fun and engaging activities for participants to enjoy.
If you’re looking to meet new people and find out about local events and resources to support your wellbeing, find your nearest Open Space drop-in. Everyone is welcome.
Open Space is run in partnership with Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT), Julian Support, Richmond Fellowship and Suffolk Mind.

REFERRALS:
There’s no need to register or be referred. You can attend as often or as little as you like, and you can come and go during sessions. To find out more, click here:

ASPIRE2

We have funding to run ASPIRE2, a women-only assertiveness, confidence building and martial-arts based programme, with a focus on connectivity and peer support.

REFERRALS:
Referrals to ASPIRE2 are currently closed, pending the start of the next programme in 2023. Women wanting to join the next programme need to be in receipt of one of the following services:

  • NSFT
  • Sue Lambert Trust
  • Leeway Women’s Aid
  • The Magdalene Group
Or one of Julian Support’s services.

We will be notifying the above agencies when the next programme will start, and providing more information on what it will involve and how to join. ASPIRE2 is based in Norwich.
